I don’t want a box phone from the 70’s. However there is some tech from that era that still rocks, especially with a couple improvements. Electric Football is like that. That hum. The way that the players vibrated, that hum and the fun that you and your friends yelling at the game. Tudor Games has revamped Electric Football for a new age and the results are pretty cool.

Ode to lots of tech devices that need to be charged. We have a couple Apple devices, multiple earpieces, Bluetooth speakers and Samsung devices. It’s a jungle of white and black cords. The IPEVO USB SuperCharger is the weed wacker to said jungle, streamlining 4 charging cords from its single base.
The Deck Wireless Speaker from SOL Republic has been our go-to Bluetooth speaker ever since we reviewed it. The sound is something else. When it powers up you can actually feel the bass come on because it moves the air around the bottom of the unit. We reviewed the Deck only in our first post, but now, we can give one away as part of #BlogPop. Hint: it’s awesome and the sound will really deliver.

As I mentioned, we love Baby Eisnstein. We had an earlier version of the Baby Neptune Ocean Orchestra when our oldest was just a baby. While the toy was fun and played some nice classical music, it wasn’t anything remarkable. “How much could they really improve a device?”, I thought before I opened this up. This toy is cool, the sound is crisp and the lights are vivid.

Our kids are getting older, as they do, and some of the brands and toys that I grew up with are entering their radar. We love us some Baby Einstein in this house. When our oldest was first born we stocked up on anything Baby Einstein that we could find at a certain price point. Some of it came from garage sales and some new from the stores, depending on what it was. The Ocean Exploration Play Pad from Baby Einstein combines elements of previous activities for babies. It’s a great interactive learning tool that’s missing one key thing-a volume switch.
