The Hot Wheels Race Rewards Program-just in time for the holidays

You know that price.  For us it’s .85. If we see a Hot Wheels car at this price or lower we buy it, always-any time of the year.  We buy it because it’s always a great gift, regardless of the time of year and for the next 6 years it’s awesome for any birthday party we go to. And that’s just the cars; The Hot Wheels Race Rewards program at your local Wal-Mart gives you instant rewards for your purchases of qualifying Hot Wheels products like the Monster Jam Monster Mutt 1:64 car collectible, the Hot Wheels Straight Track 4 pack (that’s the classic orange track!) and one mystery 1:64 basic car.  During the holidays we buy Hot Wheels because we need to and look around for the best price at Wal-Mart.

Buy, scan, earn.  Hint: since you need to scan, do this on your mobile device.  First, go to the site and explore what the qualifying items are.  Lots of items are there from the basic car, Street Hawk, Track Builder Total Turbo Takeover, Super Loop Chase Race, Airbrush Auto Designer, Color Shifters Flame Fighters and more.

Then go to your local Wal-Mart and buy the item.  Open the site, scan the receipt and watch your rewards add up.

All of the reward points expire after December 31, 2014, so be sure to cash them in for Hot Wheels goodies before then.  Be sure to note that all of this happens before Black Friday.   There will be deals galore that day and you know that Hot Wheels are somewhere in the bag of gifts that need to be gotten.

Our 3 year old embraced Hot Wheels much quicker than his brother.  We picked some up for stocking stuffers and will make more than a couple more trips to augment the supply at home, in addition to those that are needed for birthday parties throughout the year.
