Happy new comic book day! For those of you following along on twitter it’s #NCBD where you can tag anything cool that you purchased, want or are reading to see if your child would dig it. The name of the game this week in all age comics is fun. It’s a very busy week for superheroes with a fun new reboot of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Marvel is educating everyone on Civil War in Marvel Universe Avengers Assemble Civil War.
Science fiction has seven (yes 7) new Doctor Who titles. Pick a Doctor, any Doctor, from new issues to old time lords, graphic novels with new time lords and magazines with arts and crafts to celebrate time and space. The Strange Case of Origami Yoda comes out this week and is great for middle school readers.
In humor the Penguins of Madagascar are back with a brand new miniseries, a new classis-Regular Show has issue #33, Scooby Doo Team Up #15 has The Flash making an appearance, the regular Uncle Scrooge, plus a Scrooge graphic novel and lots more.
