Hey, hey, we were compensated for this post. All thoughts are our own. We love some movies in this house and have seen some really great ones over the past couple of months. Shaun the Sheep is the best family film of the year for our money. Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is our favorite PG-13 film and the best action movie this year (so far) is Mad Mad: Fury Road. Going to the movies is a way that our family has fun and really relaxes and Fandango makes going there easier. It eliminates the need to find a seat by purchasing in advance, which makes going out with the fam less stressful. This giveaway is for two (2) $100 gift cards to Fandango to two different people.
We’re part of a group of bloggers involved in #BlogPopEvents, giving away LOTS of things for back to school. Just follow the hashtag or dig the widget to see all of them.
My kids are tech junkies. If they are plugged in they are usually happy.
Putting on a movie or having them help me do some baking.
We like to color together.
Before the crazy hits, I suggest a bike ride! That usually gets all the excess energy out!
We do an art project together or play a boardgame.
Put them in the backyard with toys and let them run it out.
When they are on the verge of nutso, I take them to the park to run off some energy!!
I give them chores
I just toss them out in the backyard with the dog. 😛 Lol! It lets everyone run out their energy and they all end up napping afterwards.
I take them to the park.
I take them for a walk or take them fishing
I would have them take a nap. Thank you for the entry.
We play games, watch movies or play outside.
books
anything that involves something messy and lots of space. preferably painting outside or something like playing with food outside. it’s something they don’t get to do all the time, so it’s a surefire way to get their energy out.
When my daughter gets antsy I give her coloring books because she loves to draw.
There is always something to do 🙂 Go outside, read a book, play video games, watch movies / tv, go to their friends house, do chores, help cook dinner. I can always find -something-! And if the kids say they’re bored, there are plenty of chores to do… which means they are never bored 😀
I let them watch a movie or 2.
I set up play stations around the room and each child goes to a different area. The timer is set for 10 minutes and then they rotate to another area. Keeps them busy and keeps my sanity!
I put her show on and she calms right down!
I try to find a calm activity like drawing or put in a movie.
How do you occupy the kids when they’re on the verge of crazy?

I bring them outside to play at the park.
If its warn outside then I sent them outdoors to run around and get rid of some of that energy
I have my kids go outside and play when they get a little crazy
I tell thm to go outside and run around the yard, they usually figure out something to do out there.

I love to do arts and crafts!
I take them to the park or threaten them with chores
I feed my kids when they’re driving me batty. Usually, they’re genuinely hungry.
When my boys are being nuts a good wrestling match usually burns up some energy. Mom always ends up bruised though.
I try to keep their minds occupied with “something else”. I give them a challenge that they have to think about and it gets them focused on something.
Usually Letting The Kids Watch A Movie Will Do The Trick!
we send them outdoors
With my grandson I either take him to the pool in my apartment complex, play board games, color/paint, or play one of his favorite DVD’s. 🙂
I get my daughter started on a craft project. She loves making jewelry and drawing.
Go outside and run/play/jump/bike it out!
When they’re on the verge of crazy, its time to go outdoors!
I ususally watch a movie with them or watch videos.
I don’t have kids 🙂
My grandson loves to have us read to him so we get out a favorite book when he’s headed toward Crazytown!
I give my son a big beach ball to play with. he’s only one and he loves it 🙂
I take my grandkids to blow off steam at the local indoor amusement park or to the river we go in the summer for a swim.
No kids so I wouldn’t know how to deal with them.
Thanks for the contest.
