Since 1975 Big Apple Circus has been sharing the joy of the classical circus to audiences all over the United States. For the second year in a row Big Apple Circus is coming to Alpharetta, this time brining their new show, Luminosity. Luminosity will be playing from January 30-February 17 at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.
One thing that makes Big Apple Circus different from other attractions is that no seat is more than 50 feet from the ringside. Luminosity brings together everything that you love about the circus in this family friendly show. It features high flying double trapeze artists, tumblers, wire walkers, clowns and many more acts to entertain all ages.
Big Apple Circus is also having a contest on their Instagram account. Just look at the two pictures of the juggler and take note of the 4 differences between them. Post the differences in the comments and 1 person with the correct answer will be 4 randomly chosen to win a pair of passes to opening night on January 30.

Also during opening weekend (January 30-Feb 2)they’ll be having Circus-to-Go performers out in the Reception Area the hour before each performance entertaining and interacting with patrons one-on-one. They’ll also be having a Valentine’s Day special during the 7PM performance on 2/14. Patrons can purchase Dessert-in-the-Ring as an add-on to their ticket and go down into the ring post-show to have dessert and to take photos with some of the LUMINOCITY performers still in costume!
