The 411 on #KmartLayaway, layaway fears debunked #Ad

I am a Kmart blogger, though all opinions are my own.   Hey look, Kmart Layaway is back!  If your memory of layaway brings back flashing lights, cassette tapes, a DeLorean, fingerless gloves and padded shoulders then we need to talk.  You might have ‘Layaway Regret Memories.’ It’s a combination of buyer’s remorse and what’s needed in order to take advantage of Kmart Layaway. Here are five excuses that have been debunked our crack research team.

Excuse #1: Layaway seems like too much effort.
It’s all in your head Screech. At Kmart, Layaway is simple. 2-200 items, you can layaway almost everything on your list without paying a service fee through 11/23. Pay in store, online or using a mobile phone. Eight or 12 weeks later (depending on your contract) pick up your items and party like it’s 1986! Bonus: After you figure out how easy it is, you can Layaway all year round at Kmart!

Excuse #2  I don’t participate in anything that rhymes.

Did Kelly Kapowski cry during Ernest Goes to Jail?  Did ALF every try to eat a cat and fail?  Layaway can save you money; I pity the fool that don’t take advantage of saving money.

Excuse #3: I don’t have time during the Holiday season to Layaway.
Time, you don’t need to go back to Hill Valley, do you?  And holidays?  Christmas, Hanukkah and any of those fall/winter birthdays will be here before the bread in your kitchen gets moldy.  Hop to it-it’s really simple.  The sooner you Layaway, the better chance you have at getting the hottest toys and electronics locked away before everyone else. Bonus: You can relax over the holidays and avoid crazy, Murdock style long lines!

Excuse #4:  There is a Fall Guy marathon on TV

That is almost a valid excuse.  Get your laptop and shop online while you watch the quality stories of Colt Seavers, bounty hunter who can take a tumble.

Excuse #5: I’m not a ShopYourWay Member.
